Zara Tindall seemingly left her mother Princess Anne and uncle King Charles worried after she met with a horse accident.
The Princess Royal's daughter "narrowly escaped" the incident after a horse hit Mike Tindall's wife during a photoshoot at Australia's Magic Millions Races.
