King Frederik X and Queen Mary hosted their first new year’s banquet at Christian VII’s Palace.
The crown Prince of Denmark, Prince Christian also joined the royal couple along with high-ranking officials for a special night that marked the beginning of a new tradition under the Denmark's reign.
