Prince Richard, the Duke of Gloucester, has quietly become an important figure amid health crisis within the royal family following King Charles’ cancer treatment and Princess Kate’s recovery.
It is to be noted that the Duke, 80, is also a grandson of King George V and a first cousin of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
