Prince Harry, Meghan 'in touch' with Prince William, Kate?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly been in contact with Prince William and Kate Middleton after the Princess of Wales revealed her cancer diagnosis. 

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have allegedly been communicating with the couple privately as the Prince and Princess of Wales have taken time away from the public.
