Queen Camilla passes on touching message to Kate Middleton

Queen Camilla passed on a well-wisher's message for a speedy recovery to Kate Middleton, who has been receiving preventative treatment for cancer. 

During a public engagement, the Queen was met with some handmade cards and notes, that wished the Princess of Wales good health, and promised to pass on the message.
