Russian media has been accused of forcing Kate Middleton to release a video detailing her cancer diagnosis after a series of online rumours. 

For the unversed the Duchess of Cambridge was embroiled in a serious of exaggerated rumours that speculated on her disappearance from the public following her abdominal surgery.
