The clothing label walks the sustainable walk with every little initiative launched.

n a bid to become more eco-friendly, the environmentally-conscious, ready-to-wear clothing brand GENERATION has been making several efforts as they embrace sustainable fashion. Among them is the utilization of surplus fabrics to create accessories, including these striking little potlis.
These small drawstring pouches are part of the company’s reGENERATE effort, which is a cluster of products being introduced to stores that uses surplus and CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) cloth in order to make their main apparel line zero fabric waste.

The potlis come in several vibrant colours – the ones we were sent were a bold orange and a beautiful blue – and feature a floral motif with striking gold details as well as a twisted gold drawstring. They are ideal for giving small gifts or holding keepsakes. And they give you the added satisfaction of being part of an initiative that is helping save the planet!
We do love it when brands are responsible and try to minimize the negative impact of their products and production processes. And it certainly helps when they’re offering you such bright and colourful goodies as they embrace a greener future.
(Although we do think it would be helpful if these potlis came with a “keep out of reach of fur children” warning because our feline could not keep her little paws off these irresistible pouches!)
