*Art of Writing — Ajoka Institute, a 3-month online course on the art of dramatic writing, begins May 7, every Saturday, on ZOOM. Timings: 4-6pm.

The course is said to be “new and innovative” and meant for “those interested in honing their writing skills in conceiving, developing and refining writing for theatre and screen.” The curriculum is “tailor made for the digital world,” and the 3-month course will culminate in a live performance by the students which will be streamed across various digital platforms.

It is mentored by Pride of Performance winning playwright and director Shahid Nadeem, who is also the executive director of Ajoka and a former deputy managing director at PTV’s Lahore Centre.

Individual mentoring is offered according to the students’ requirement.

Course fee: Rs 4,000 per month. (Limited space available)
