The moonlight glows upon the darkened glass,
As passers-by do wander and look on.
A tranquil space where time ceases to pass
encased by darkness, where the sun once shone.
In time, the wanderers will start to change;
Whilst some will stay, there will be some who part.
Yet through this all, the vital vein remains,
And flows with every beat of every heart.
The dark matter of what makes up the void
remains a mystery yet to be solved.
Yet questions of this kind we can avoid,
And sometimes secrets should remain untold.
An endless flow as moon turns into sun,
The river seeks to guide them, every one.
