A lovely long weekend was dedicated to Eid ul Azha and having nothing better to do, we stalked our favourite celebrities who were all over social media with their festive schedules. The Hocane sisters posted selfies with their goat, Sharmila Farooqui catwalked with a bull and then there were others who flaunted their sacrificial animals. However, we were more interested in what everyone wore, and style statements were made.

Mawra Hocane

Mawra sported an Elan outfit and it was a silver shade of ivory. We loved the contemporary silhouette, the flared trouser/gharara and the khussas, which are a favourite with the younger Hocane.

Syra and Nooray Shahroze

Syra Shahroze and her adorable daughter Nooray were twinning it in traditional Beech Tree outfits, from the clothes down to the kohlapuri chappals.

Atif Aslam and Sara Bharwana

Atif wore a modern take on the pajama kurta whereas his lovely wife went totally contemporary with the tasseled Shehla Chatoor outfit.

Maya Ali

Finally back from Poland and the filming of Teefa in Trouble, Maya Ali went desi chic in this Silk by Fawad Khan outfit. We loved the casual air of her look!
