When your hair and makeup has been done by stylist to the stars, Omayr Waqar your beauty look is sure to steal the show - and that’s exactly what happened to Meesha Shafi at the Pepsi Battle of Bands opening show. The fit as a fiddle musician wore her hair open in a blowout that was turned in at the ends. As simple as this hairstyle may be, it’s a classic and with a natural makeup look that complemented her signature cheekbones, Shafi obviously stood out next to her male counterparts on the judges’ panel.

Mawra Hocane

Mawra Hocane is a celebrity we love for her playful looks that all center on girly glamour. With this look done by Nabila’s, she left her hair parted to one side with two interesting braids on the other. The braids come together to form a heart and this is especially cute because Hocane has made the heart hand-gesture somewhat of a signature pose.

Alia Bhatt

What’s great about Alia Bhatt is that, like Mawra, she experiments with her looks keeping in mind her age. For an awards night she got styled by hair guru Priyanka Borkar who gave her a hairstyle that gave a nod to the bobby pins trend. The contrasting pins addition to an otherwise regular hairstyle was strategic – placed tightly together the grips served as a serious style statement. Along with that she kept her lips orange, an unusual colour to be worn with a bright pink outfit. Bhatt made quite the statement with this look!
