Instead, Louis Vuitton’s women’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquiere, chose a different backdrop—one that aligned perfectly with his vision. Drawing inspiration from trains, he set the stage right next to a realistic Parisian railway station. “I think it’s important, especially nowadays, to tell stories that resonate with everyone—to stir emotions that everyone can understand,” Ghesquiere shared during a preview. He explained that the station theme “opened many possibilities for a collection, not only because travel is at the core to Vuitton’s DNA.”
