When: January 4. From 10am to 2pm.

Where: Fort Road Food Street, Lahore.

What is it about: Organised by the Walled City of Lahore Authority, the event promises a walk through “Taxali Gate’s hidden gems.” These include the streets of Shahi Mohallah, Mai Eedaan Ahata, the intriguing Buggy Bazaar, and the historic homes of icons like Zamurad Begum, Ustad Baray Ghulam Ali, and Mehdi Hassan. Bethak Ustad Daman, Pakistan Talkies Cinema, and Aziz Theatre are among other cultural icons that tour will take you through. A soul-stirring dhol performance will end the ride on a high note.
