Festival (TFSA)
When: Concludes Sunday (today).
Where: Olo Junction, Lahore.
What is it about: Curated by filmmaker Farjad Nabi, the festival brings workshops, panel discussions and screenings of films from across South Asia, chiefly Nepal and India.
Concluding day’s events include a panel discussion, titled Cultural Diplomacy and the Role of Film, with Sarmad Khoosat, Kanak Dixit, and Salima Hashmi; screening of India Matrimony (India), The City That Spoke to Me (India), Decoding Gender (Bangladesh) and Gurkha Girl (Nepal).
There is no entry fee for the event.
*European Day of Languages
When: September 26. From 7pm onwards.
Where: Alliance Francaise, Lahore.
What is it about: An evening of “fun-filled games and activities in which everyone can participate.”
*Hip Hop Dance Classes
When: Start September 27. Wednesdays and Thursdays. From 8pm to 9:30pm.
Where: The Colony, Lahore.
What is it about: The dance classes, conducted by Ramiz Law, will run for four weeks.
Registration is mandatory.
Fee: Rs 14,000 per month
