What is it about: A presentation of Jokes Aside, The Line-Up Show promises to be “a night filled with laughter brought to you by extremely talented comedians.” Featured artists include Uzair Haider, Hassan Mir, Zohaib Shahid and Ali Asgher Kapasi. The event is hosted by Hazik Ali.

*Travelling Film South Asia Festival (TFSA)

When: Opens September 22. From 4pm onwards.

Where: Olo Junction, Lahore.

What is it about: Curated by filmmaker Farjad Nabi, the festival brings workshops, panel discussions and screening of films from across South Asia, chiefly Nepal and India. A selection of films from young Pakistani filmmakers will also be screened. These include Eid Mubarak by Mahnoor Euceph, and NCA graduate Moiz Tirmizi’s Barzakh.

Key sessions include Film as a Medium for Gender Activism with Olomopolo’s Kanwal Khoosat, Sana Jafri, Leena Ghani and Nighat Said Khan.

There is no entry fee for the event.
