When: August 22 to August 24. From 10:30pm to 2:30am.

Where: King Edward Medical University, Lahore.

What is it about: The yearly mega-event is said to present “activities that are going to happen for the first time at KEMU.” The opening day’s events include “an intellectual seminar… involving professors and speakers from various universities of Pakistan, addressing the modern doubts.”

*Ajoka’s Double Theatre Treat

When: On August 25 & 26. At 7pm.

Where: Alhamra Arts Council, The Mall, Lahore.

What is it about: Ajoka’s new play Dora Ka Intezar (Waiting for Dora) will be staged on the first night of the two-day event, followed by a reprisal of Ajoka’s iconic play Bullah, to suit the occasion of Bulleh Shah’s urs.

Dora Ka Intezar is written and directed by Shahid Nadeem. It’s a story about factory workers waiting for a mysterious foreign visitor, Dora, to solve all their problems. But they are in for surprise.

What is it about: It’s a two-day event organised by International School of Leadership and Hawks Youth Vision.
