KARACHI: ekaterra Pakistan has been declared ‘Best workplace to recognize gender diversity’ in the small companies category – 2021 by the CFA Society of Pakistan.
Being in the run for only 18 months after being separated from Unilever, this was the first time ekaterra Pakistan participated in the Awards and was recognized by the CFA Society of Pakistan for its efforts towards gender diversity. ekaterra, is home to leading tea brands such as Lipton and Brooke Bond in Pakistan, being the biggest tea business globally, with 12 production sites in four continents and tea gardens in three countries. ekaterra gives great importance to Empowerment of Women as it is one of the key pillars of the company’s sustainability agenda.
