*International Jazz Festival, a two-day event, opens Sunday (today) at Alhamra Arts Council, the Mall. Timings: 6pm-11pm.

The charity event is organised by Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre.

The performers include Marcel Balinski Trio from Poland, Red Orchestra from Pakistan, The Late Night Cats from Switzerland, Sunny Jain Wild Wild East from USA, and Dusha Connection from Austria.

Proceeds from the sale of tickets will go to the construction of the Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Karachi.

*Wekh Androon Lahore, a day tour of Old Lahore, shall be held on Sunday (today). Timings: 2pm-6pm.

Meeting point: Delhi Gate. Attractions include Sabeel Wali Gali, Shahi Hamam, Gali Surjan Singh, Haveli Mian Sultan, Phoolon Wali Gali, Haveli Dina Nath, Chitta Gate, Dina Nath Well, Craft Bazaar and Wazir Khan Masjid.

The participants will be treated to a cultural performance. Besides, they will be served refreshments.

The event is organised by the Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA).
