Labourer found dead in Haripur
HARIPUR: The police found the body of a labourer at Sahol village in Khanpur Union Council on Saturday, sources said.
The sources said that after receiving information, the police reached Sahol village where the body of a labourer identified as Pazeer Ahmad Ali Shah, belonging to Takht Bhai tehsil, Mardan, had been dumped after being tortured to death by unidentified persons.
The police shifted the body to the District Headquarters Hospital in Haripur for medico-legal formality. Meanwhile, the police arrested three robbers identified as Amir Ali, Hafiz Habibullah and Sajid Hussain who were allegedly involved in robbing a mobile shop along the main road.
The police seized cash and four costly cell phones from their possession and registered a case against them.
