Man kills wife

OKARA: A woman was clubbed to death by her husband at Dhup Sari village, tehsil Depalpur, on Saturday.
Accused Amanat Ali quarrelled with his wife Amina Bibi, a mother of two children, over a domestic dispute. Later, the accused allegedly clubbed his wife to death. Police have registered a case.
11 BOOKED FOR TORTURING OF FAMILY: Sadar police on Saturday booked 11 people on the charge of torturing a woman and her children at Yasir Ghaffar Town.
Accused Shan and his accomplices used to tease Asia Bibi, w/o Muhammad Aslam, who was in abroad for job. On the day of the incident, accused Shan, his brother Bilal and their accomplices entered the house of Asia and allegedly beat Asia, her children and guests including Tahira Parveen and her daughter Kainat. They also allegedly tried to throw acid on the victims. On their hue and cry, the accused fled. The police have started investigation.
