Kazakh deputy defence minister meets COAS

RAWALPINDI: Colonel General Saken Zhasuzakov First Deputy Defence Minister and Chief of General Staff of Armed forces of Kazakhstan called on COAS Gen Raheel Sharif at the General Headquarters Tuesday.
According to ISPR, matters of mutual professional interest and defence cooperation were discussed during the meeting. The visiting dignitary lauded the achievements of Pakistan Army in the fight against terrorism.
Meanwhile, Kazakhstan’s first deputy defence minister also called on CJCSC Gen Rashad Mahmood, at the Joint Staff Headquarters. According to ISPR, both the dignitaries discussed matters of professional interest and agreed to enhance mutual cooperation between the two armed forces.
