KARACHI: Talha Sohail entered the final of men’s singles at the 2nd Union Club Open Ranking Tennis Championship here on Sunday.
He overpowered Aqeel Shabbir 6-4, 5-7, 12-10 in the semi-final of this category. Earlier, Murad Khan beat Eibad Sarwar 6-4, 6-2 in the quarter-finals.
Ibrahim Noman thrashed Sarim Imran 8-1 in the under-11 semi-final. In the quarter-finals of under-15 category, Noor-e-Mustafa from Moro got walkover against Farzan Ahmed, while Sahibzada Mubeen from Khairpur smashed Huzaifa 6-0, 6-0.
