Man killed by factory owner laid to rest

KASUR: Scores of people on Tuesday attended the funeral prayers of Muhammad Akram, who was allegedly tortured to death by a leather factory owner over a monetary issue at Paqqa Qila on Monday night.
Accused Sheikh Ali Irfan along with his accomplices including Javed, Ahmad, Kamran and Khadim Hussain had allegedly tortured to death Akram over a monetary dispute. Later, B-Division City police had registered a case. The police claimed that three security guards of the factory had been arrested while raids were being conducted to arrest the accused persons.
