Protest against issuance of fake MLCs

BHAKKAR: Residents of Khachianwala on Saturday staged a demonstration against issuance of fake medico legal certificates (MLCs) by some doctors of the THQ Hospital, Darya Khan, after taking bribe.
The protesters chanted slogans against the doctors and demanded action against them. The THQ Hospital, Darya Khan, MS said that he would conduct an enquiry and if any doctor found guilty in it, he would be punished under the prescribed rules.
ROAD PROJECT APPROVED: The Punjab government has approved the construction of a double road from Chak 59 to Chak 54.
The project was approved on the recommendation of MNA Dr Afzal Dhandla. Meanwhile, a bank would be opened to facilitate farmers at Notak on the recommendation of Senator Zafarullah Khan Dhandla.

BHAKKAR: The district administration on Saturday sealed the University of Sargodha’s sub-campus, the Government Postgraduate College and University of South Asia for not adopting proper security arrangements. The action was taken against the educational institutions for not adopting proper security arrangements as directed by the Punjab government.
