Govt asked to implement NAP
PESHAWAR: People belonging to various faiths and ideologies on Thursday called for implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) in letter and spirit.
Speaking at the launching ceremony of an organisation named Rawadari Tehreek in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at the Peshawar Press Club, representatives from Muslim, Hindu and Sikh communities and human rights organisations also expressed concern over the attack on Bacha Khan University, Charsadda, and other incidents of terrorism across the country.
They said Rawadari Tehreek has been launched by concerned citizens of Pakistan to counter religious extremism, intolerance and terrorism and to promote religious diversity and tolerance and bridge the gap between people of different faiths and religions and from various walks of life.
