Father of Mughees Baig dies

Rawalpindi: Father of Mughees Ashraf Baig, senior news editor of daily 'Jang', Rawalpindi, Haji Abdul Muqit Baig, ex-superintendent of Income Tax Department, died on Thursday. He was 87.
His other sons are Hifzul Moeed Baig, Shakeel Baig (London) and Jamil Baig (PTV).
The funeral procession of the departed soul will be taken out today (Friday) from House no. G-550, Street 8, Arjunpura, DAV College Road. His funeral prayers will be offered at Moti Masjid, Liaquat Road, after Friday prayers at 1:30 p.m. He will be buried at Eidgah graveyard.
