Unjustified extension

We have a vibrant younger generation that constitutes 35 percent of our population. But it is unfortunate that successive governments have failed to utilise the potential of this segment of the population.

The extension given to bureaucrats who are attaining the superannuation age adds to the problem. This unjustified action blocks the way for bright minds from joining the bureaucracy and climbing up their way to higher levels.
