PML-N worker among two shot dead

Two people including a brother of a local Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader were gunned down in separate incidents on Sunday.
Mir Ishtiaq, 45, was shot dead out his Lyari residence, within the jurisdiction of the Baghdadi police station.
He was shifted to the Civil Hospital where he died during treatment. SHO Rao Dilshad, said told The News that deceased was a brother of a local PML-N leader and had also contested general elections. He claimed that he was targeted by Lyari gangsters.
Twenty-five-year-old Shan was shot dead outside his residence near Old Golimar, situated within the ambit of the Pak Colony police station. He was shifted to the CHK.
