Drummer injured in jubilant firing

OKARA: A drummer was injured during a jubilant firing in a marriage function at Naul Plot village on Saturday.
The marriage function of two daughters of Muhammad Amin was going on when one groom Shoaib’s friend started firing in the air. In the meantime, a bullet hit a drummer Muhammad Saleem. As a result, he was seriously injured and rushed to a hospital. Later, Ravi police SHO Mehr Ismail rushed to the spot and arrested groom Shoaib’s father Manzoor while Shoaib and his accused friend managed to escape.
