LAHORE: Speakers at a Seerat Conference warned that without enforcing Islamic system of Khilafah, numerous problems faced by the country could never be solved and there will be no lasting peace and stability.

Addressing the conference Wednesday at Mansoora under the aegis of Jamaat-e-Islami, the speakers condemned the rulers for enforcing secularism in the country by suppressing Islamic values and oppressing those waging struggle for the enforcement of Nizam-e-Mustafa in the country.   JI Ameer Senator Sirajul Haq, who chaired the conference, said his party would soon launch a movement against corruption among the ruling elite and recover the plundered public wealth from the culprits.

Lashing out at Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Siraj accused him of befriending the enemy of Muslims Narendra Modi while antagonising the Islamist clerics. He said rulers were following the system enforced by Washington while the entire country except a tiny elite class was vying for the enforcement of Islamic system brought by the Holy Prophet (PBUH).   JUI-F leader Maulana Amjad Khan said even the non-Muslim leaders were now forced to acknowledge that justice and peace in the world could only be established by enforcing the system brought by Holy Prophet (PBUH). JUP Secretary General Qari Zawwar Bahadur said enemies of Islam were making Muslims fight Muslims by establishing fake terror groups, adding that Muslims must recognise this conspiracy and maintain peace in their ranks.
