LAHORE: The Lahore Division Boxing Association is holding Lahore Inter-Club Boxing Tournament here at MNW Club on August 7 and 8.
Lahore division president Sharjil Zia Butt informed ‘The News’ that all clubs of Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Sheikhupura and Kasur had been invited to take part in the competition.
There will be a workshop as well for referees, judges and coaches on AIBA technical boxing rules. The course will be conducted by Tariq Ameen Gukkar, an AIBA qualified coach, and Arshad Javeed Qureshi.
