The Romanian Ambassador, Emilian Ion, visited the secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran on Wednesday and was received by Minhaj leaders.
He was apprised of the ongoing projects for the welfare of humanity including educational and peace achievements.
Deputy chief organiser of Pakistan Awami Tehreek Shehzad Naqvi presented a copy of the anti-terrorism decree written by Dr Tahirul Qadri to the Ambassador of Romania.
The Romania Ambassador, Emilian Ion, said Dr Tahirul Qadri was serving humanity in the best possible known way. He said Dr Tahirul Qadri’s research and philosophy was not for a single community but was for the whole world, irrespective of creed, colour, community, country and religion. He said the work and achievements of Dr Qadri needed no praise or introduction as he was known worldwide as the torchbearer of peace and love. He said the time had come that every country and individual must join forces for the elimination of terrorism and extremism, he said.
