PESHAWAR: Action was taken against over 7,000 motorists during a drive against tinted glasses in the city. Chief Traffic Officer Abbas Majeed Marwat said action was taken against 7773 motorists during the drive launched by police. He added that action was also underway against bikers not wearing helmets, over-speeding and other traffic violations. The officer said police were also carrying out operations against encroachment to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
