TEXAS, US: Amazon founder Jeff Bezos said that he’s really excited to figure how his upcoming Blue Origin space launch will change him, media reported. “I have just been dreaming of this really my whole life, but I don’t know what it’s going to mean for me,” Bezos told media.“I don’t know, I’m very curious about what tomorrow is actually going to bring. Everybody who’s been to space says it changes them in some way. And I’m just really excited to figure out how it’s going to change me,” Bezos said.

Bezos also shared the experiences others have while up in space, explaining to Strahan that he’s excited to find out more about the Earth’s atmosphere. Bezos’s Blue Origin New Shepard Mission is set to launch on Tuesday, marking the 52nd anniversary of famed astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin’s moon landing, according to media

Bezos will be joined by his brother Mark Bezos, 82-year-old Mary Wallace “Wally” Funk, who completed astronaut training as a member of the pioneering “Mercury 13” woman in space program, and Netherlands college student Oliver Daemen, an 18-year-old who paid for his spot on the rocket ship.

Blue Origin’s launch follows Virgin Atlantic’s own space launch on July 11 as Richard Branson beat out Bezos to become the first billionaire to successfully launch into space. The New Shepard Mission’ rocket ship is set to launch on Tuesday in Texas, media noted.
