MANSEHRA: Deputy Commissioner Dr Qasim Ali Khan has said that the ongoing anti-encroachment operation would continue until buildings and structures coming in the right-of-way of the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad road are cleared up to Babusar Top.
“This large-scale anti-encroachment operation being carried out by the order of Peshawar High Court would continue up to Babusar Top. Shelters and tented villages, erected on the commercial basis in Naran, had plagued the natural essence of the valley and were removed during this operation,” Dr Qasim Ali Khan told a gathering of affected traders here on Sunday.
He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, who recently visited Kaghan valley, had directed the departments concerned to preserve the ecology and natural beauty of the valley.
