MUZAFFARABAD: The AJK Election Commission (EC) on Thursday ordered Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Ali Amin Gandapur to leave Azad Kashmir.
The Election Commission banned Ali Amin Gandapur from holding a rally in Azad Kashmir and ordered him to leave Azad Kashmir immediately.
In this regard, the Azad Kashmir Election Commission has sent a letter to the Chief Secretary in which it is stated that the speeches of Ali Amin Gandapur are creating a problem for peace in the region and provocative rhetoric is disturbing law and order situation.
The letter from the Election Commission said that steps are being taken against those elements which are violating the code of conduct.
The Chief Secretary has been directed to follow the instructions of the Election Commission and submit a report.
