KARACHI: Gold rates in the local market dropped by Rs600 per tola on Friday.
According to data released by All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association, gold rates in the local market moved down to Rs109,100 per tola.
Similarly, 10 gram gold price dropped by Rs515 to Rs93,535.
In the international market, gold rates decreased by $15 to $1,800 per ounce.
Silver rates remained unchanged at Rs1,440 per tola. Price of 10 gram silver also stood the same at Rs1,234.56.
Jewellers said that prices in the local market remained lower by Rs1,000 per tola compared with gold rate in the Dubai market.
