House burglars gang held

Islamabad : Aftermath of a landmark effort as per directives of SSP Dr. Syed Mustafa Tanweer, the Islamabad police has arrested major culprits of house buglars gang and recovered cash, gold ornament, mobile phone, motorbike and other valuable items from their procession, a police spokesperson said.

He said that jurisdictions of police Station Tarnol the police team has arrested three members criminal gang involved in house burglaries.

He said that the action has been taken as per special directives of SSP (Operations) Dr. Syed Mustafa Tanveer as he directed all zonal officers to accelerate their efforts to curb the crime in the city.

Following these directions, SP (Saddar-Zone) Farooq Amjad Butter constituted special team under the supervision of DSP Sajjad Bukhari including SHO Tarnol police station Inspector Asjad Mehmood along with others officials who successfully arrested 03 wanted members of house bugler gang identified as

Aamir Basheer, Zulfiqar Ali and Muhammad Irfan and recovered stolen cash, gold ornaments, mobile phone, motorbikes, and other valuable items from their procession.

During the preliminary investigation, they confessed their involvement in several incidents of house burglaries in various areas of twin city. Cases have been registered against them and further investigation is underway from them.
