Committee formed to reorganise PPP in merged districts
PESHAWAR: On the directives of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, a special committee under the MNA Sajid Hussain Turi has been constituted to reorganise the party in the merged districts.
The committee will present its report to the party leadership with the consultation of the provincial president Hamayun Khan, general secretary Shuja Khan, and secretary information Amjad Afridi.
The committee will also hold meetings for reorganisation at district level and draw future line of action. A meeting was held at the residence of member central executive committee Azam Afridi for the Khyber district. The participants discussed the problems and strategies to reorganise the party in this district.
The committee, with the consultation of the PPP leader from Bajaur Mohammad Haseeb Khan, will present a report to central and provincial leadership regarding Bajaur.
