NAB receives Rs33b in Zardari fake accounts case: Fawad
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Saturday said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has received Rs33 billion in Asif Zardari's fake accounts case so far. “And that makes about $200 million. The actual case is about Rs55,000 billion. With this recovery, you can estimate the level of corruption in this country”, and how the rulers looted Sindh and Pakistan, he said in a tweet. In another tweet, the minister said overseas Pakistanis have been facing difficulties regarding the schedule of PIA flights to Pakistan for the past few days. “At the direction of the prime minister, Civil Aviation Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan has significantly increased the number of flights after detailed meetings with the PIA and aviation officials,” he explained.
