LAHORE: Dr Shahbaz Gul, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, has said that there should be a hockey league and a boxing league along the lines of Pakistan Super League.
“We need to invest in sports to promote positive activities among the youth,” he said while addressing a ceremony held to mark the Sports Journalists’ Day on Friday.
“Sports are an important part of our lives. It helps in mental and physical development. It teaches about winning and losing,” he added.
