LAHORE: The City Traffic Police Lahore has impounded a car having 200 e-challans. The car driver had violated the traffic signal at least 180 times. The vehicle was e-ticketed 58 times for speeding and 25 times for lane, line violations. The vehicle was taken to a police station. The car owner paid fine amounting to Rs127,400 and his vehicle was released.
