ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaisar issued the production orders of Khursheed Shah and Ali Wazir for the ongoing NA session.
According to announcement of the National Assembly Secretariat, both the detained members will attend the National Assembly session on Monday, June 28.
The speaker issued the production orders under Rules 108 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business of National Assembly, 2007.
Opposition leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had written separate letters to the NA speaker for issuance for production orders for the detained PPP leader Khursheed Shah.
Establishment Division had taken the opinion of law ministry under Rule 14 of Rules of Business, 1973
