IRD inks MoU with Turkish university
Islamabad : A memorandum of understanding (MoU) for Mevlana Exchange Programme (MEP) on Wednesday was inked between the Iqbal International Institute for Research & Dialogue (IRD) of the International Islamic University (IIU) and Duzce University Turkey.
The MoU was signed by IIU Rector Prof Masoom Yasinzai who is also the Chairman-IRD and his counterpart Prof. Dr. Nigar D. Cakar, Rector, Duzce University, Turkey.
The MEP is a famous fellowship opportunity which is globally known and considered a reputable exchange program for both students and faculty. Both institutions, IRD-IIUI & Duzce University, agreed on student and academic staff exchange under MEP.
The MoU details three fellowships for students and two for faculty in the Departments of Biological Sciences, Physics, Informatics and Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Politics & International Relations, Education Sciences, Sociology, Religious Studies and English Language Teaching.
