It was the PTI that used to say that politics should be kept out of technical bodies like the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). It is unfortunate that a PTI MNA from Karachi is contesting the upcoming PEC chairman election. By doing so, he is violating one of the key principles of the PTI.
PM Imran Khan is requested to intervene and ensure that the basic values and principles of the PTI are respected and upheld. The MNA must be urged to withdraw from the race immediately.
