Two killed in clan clashes, two bodies found in canals

SUKKUR: Two people were killed in clashes while two bodies were recovered from different canals.Reports said in an ongoing clash between Odha, Bhutta and Narejo clans, a boy Habibullah Odho was killed in a firing exchange at Ulera Jagheer in Khairpur. Reports said in another incident of similar nature, a man identified as Farooq Jatoi, was killed in a clash between two groups of Jatoi clan at Lakhi Ghulam Shah in Shikarpur. Reports said the body of a missing doctor, identified as Dr Shoaib Memon, was recovered from Phuleli Canal, who had gone missing on Thursday. The police claimed it seemed to be a case of suicide. Reports said the body of a boy was recovered from Mirwah Canal, after it found floating on the surface near Bhurgiri Regulator Khairpur.

Meanwhile, two mortar shells concealed in gutter Nullah of Latibabad Unit-6 of Block-D in Hyderabad have been found, while the bomb squad has defused both shells. SSP Hyderabad Abdul Salam Sheikh said he was trying to find out those who concealed the shells in the gutter Nullah.
