MANSEHRA: Seeking help from the government in retrieving his property, a businessman from Karachi on Friday alleged that the influential people had occupied his land in Kaghan valley.
“I had purchased a piece of land for the construction of a hotel in Kaghan valley but the influential land grabbers have occupied it,” Muhammad Pervez Waseem told reporters here.
He said that he wanted to build a state-of-the-art hotel in the valley in pursuance of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s tourism policy.
“I have shifted to Kaghan valley following the approval of the structure plan of the hotel but the grabbers threatened him of dire consequence,” said Waseem.
He said Deputy Inspector General of Police, Hazara range, and district police officers should help him in retrieving his land from the occupation of grabbers.
