NAP not implemented evenly,claims Qadri
LAHORE
Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri said if the National Action Plan had been implemented in all the four provinces evenly then no questions about its prejudice would have surfaced.
Over 80 percent of the NAP has not been implemented and the nation was in serious doubts about the success of war against terrorism, he said while talking to the PAT leaders and different delegations on Monday. He said nation was made a fool regarding the NAP by statements and announcements.
He said those playing politics on the blood of martyrs could never be sincere to the country. He said nation suffered one injury after another, but the eyes of rulers did not open. He said when terrorists themselves were in power then how could things improve. Qadri said corruption and terrorism were interlinked adding unless terrorists’ network was broken and economic terrorism was eliminated, the country could never progress. He said PAT had long ago indicated that rulers would never implement the NAP as they themselves were strong supporters of terrorists. Tahirul Qadri reiterated that 14 innocent PAT workers were killed on the instructions of Punjab government officials who were under order by the ruthless rulers. He said rulers can stoop to the lowest level only to remain in power and collect money by hook or by crook.
