Homelessness and poverty

This is to draw the attention of the relevant authorities to high levels of poverty and homelessness in our country. In Islamabad, thousands of people live in unsuitable and inadequate housing conditions. There are a large number of people who sleep under the open sky.

These people don’t have access to healthcare and silently deal with chronic illnesses. The reason for this acute homelessness is abject poverty. The government should come up with well-thought-out plans to deal with the country’s housing crisis.
