LAHORE:The funeral prayers of martyred Constable Muhammad Qaisar, who lost his life last night in police encounter with four dacoits at Mohlanwal Sundar area were offered at District Police Lines Qilla Gujjar Singh on Wednesday.
Provincial Minister Industries Mian Aslam Iqbal, Inspector General of Police Punjab Inam Ghani, CCPO Lahore Additional IG Ghulam Mahmood Dogar, DIG Investigation Shariq Jamal, DIG Operations Sajid Kiani, DIG Security Mehboob Rashid, SSPs, divisional SPs, brothers and other family members of the martyred Constable and a large number of Police Officers and Jawans attended the funeral. Special prayers were offered for the departed soul of Shaheed constable M Qaisar at this occasion whereas a contingent of Police presented salute to the martyred constable as well. IG Punjab Inam Ghani, CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar and other senior police officers laid flowers wreath on the coffin of the Shaheed Constable.
Senior police officers shouldered the Janaza of the martyred constable Muhammad Qaisar. Later, the dead body of martyred constable was departed for his final burial to his native village Chah Tamoli Manga Mandi in custody of Police officers with complete Police
protocol.
The burial ceremony of martyred constable Qaisar was observed at his native village Chah Tamoli Manga Mandi with complete police protocol. IG Punjab, CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar met with the brothers and other family members of shaheed constable and assured them complete cooperation from Punjab Police in every respect.
